Ingredients
450g Punta del Agua Gouda Cheese
3/4 cup Dry White Wine
2cc Cognac
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
Instructions

Dice the Punta del Agua Gouda Cheese into small pieces and sprinkle it with wine.

Let it macerate for 4 hours.

Cook it in a bain-marie over low heat, stirring it continuously until the cheese melts.

Add cognac.

Serve the fondue with toast.
