Broccoli and Cheese Tart

Ingredients
1 Pie Dough
500g Broccoli
2 Onions
3 Eggs
150g Punta del Agua Soft Cheese
to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for the filling. After that remove it from the pan and submerge it for a few minutes in cold water. Remove it and drain it.

Brown the chopped onions and bell peppers in a frying pan. Once cooked, add the broccoli and sauté for a few more minutes.

Mix the eggs with the Punta del Agua Soft Cheese in a bowl . Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

Line a springform pan with the disk of dough.

Fill the tart and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180°C) for approximately 30 minutes.

Remove, unmold and serve.
