100g | Punta del Agua Butter at room temperature |

In a bowl mix flour with grated Punta del Agua Reggianito Cheese and add the Punta del Agua Butter at room temperature. Knead until the dough is homogeneous. |

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes to let the dough rest. After that split the dough in pieces and make rolls. |

Cut the rolls into 5 cm pieces, that will be the size of the cheese sticks. If you prefer, you can make them longer. Sprinkle each of them with oregano and place them in a baking dish. |

Bake for about 18-20 minutes until golden-brown. |
