Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
500g Punta del Agua Soft Cheese
150g Flour
3 Beaten Eggs
300g Breadcrumbs
to taste Oregano
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Fileto Sauce (ready to use)
Instructions

Cut Punta del Agua Soft Cheese into sticks.

Place the eggs in a bowl with salt and oregano, and whisk to combine.

Pass each stick in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Place the mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before frying to avoid the cheese to melt.

Fry in abundant hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Drain them on absorbent paper, serve with the fileto sauce and enjoy!
