Ingredients
1/2Kg Flour
1/2 Pinch of Salt
1/2 Pinch of Sugar
1 Cup Punta del Agua Butter
1/2 Punta del Agua Soft Cheese
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Botle Oil
Instructions

Prepare de dough. Place 3 cups of flour in a large bowl. Add salt and sugar (in equal proportion) and butter. Mix everything very well until it is smooth and soft

Add cold water or ice water and knead until the dough is not sticky.

Stretch the dough with a mallet on a flat, clean and previously floured surface. Spread the dough until it reaches a thickness of about 3 millimeters and cut it into strips of about 2 centimeters.

Slice cheese into 4 centimeters log sticks. Select a firm consistency and preferably salty cheese like Punta del Agua Tybo Cheese.

Make the fingers covering a piece of cheese with the dough in a screw shape. The cheese should be completely covered.

Then fry them in a very hot oil pan until the dough is golden brown. Be care of the heat so that the pieces do not burn too quickly.

Place the Cheese Fingers onto absorbent paper to remove the excess of oil. Dressing them with a pink sauce.
