                            Mozzarella Sticks

| 500g | Punta del Agua Soft Cheese | 
| 150g | Flour | 
| 3 | Beaten Eggs | 
| 300g | Breadcrumbs | 
| to taste | Oregano | 
| 1 | Pinch of Salt | 
| 1 | Fileto Sauce (ready to use) | 
| 1 | Cut Punta del Agua Soft Cheese into sticks. | 
| 2 | Place the eggs in a bowl with salt and oregano, and whisk to combine. | 
| 3 | Pass each stick in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. | 
| 4 | Place the mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before frying to avoid the cheese to melt. | 
| 5 | Fry in abundant hot oil until golden brown and crispy. | 
| 6 | Drain them on absorbent paper, serve with the fileto sauce and enjoy! |
